Version 2026-10-22. These terms apply to the Amaso affiliate program run by FOSIA LTD (Kigali, Rwanda) on amasoai.com. By applying, you accept them; the date and version of your acceptance are recorded.

1. Joining

  • Anyone can apply on the affiliate page. We review every application and may refuse one without giving a reason.

  • You must give true information and keep your Mobile Money number up to date.

  • Joining is free. There is no fee and no sales target.

2. What you earn

  • 35% of the price paid for any Amaso plan (yearly or lifetime license) bought through your link or your coupon code, excluding taxes.

  • A purchase counts if it happens within 30 days of the visitor clicking your link. If the visitor clicked several affiliate links, the last one counts. A sale made with your coupon code is always yours.

  • Links are tracked only after the visitor accepts cookies on amasoai.com. Your coupon code works without cookies: share it too.

  • No commission on your own purchases (same account, email or Mobile Money number).

3. When you are paid

  • Each commission waits 14 days (time for any refund). A refunded order cancels its commission.

  • Approved commissions are paid once a month, around the 5th, by Mobile Money, when your balance reaches at least USD 10. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month.

  • Amounts are calculated in US dollars and paid in the currency of your Mobile Money number, at the exchange rate of the day the payout is prepared.

  • You declare and pay any tax due on your commissions yourself.

4. What is not allowed

  • Buying ads on the words "Amaso" or "amasoai", or on our domain names.

  • Spam: unsolicited emails, messages or comments.

  • False promises: Amaso does not guarantee rankings, citations by AI assistants or sales. Never say it does.

  • Publishing your coupon code on coupon or deal websites.

  • Pretending to be Amaso or FOSIA LTD.

We may refuse a commission linked to fraud or to a rule above, and end a partnership at any time. Commissions already approved for honest sales are paid.

5. Your data

We keep your name, email, Mobile Money number, your links and the sales they generated, to run the program and pay you. Payments are made through PawaPay. Visits are kept 180 days without IP address. Details are in our privacy policy. You can ask for a copy or the deletion of your data at any time; payment records are kept as accounting documents.

6. Changes and contact

If these terms change, we update the version above and tell active affiliates by email. Questions: contact us. Rwandan law applies.
